The Empire
Noah Jacobs · American Fork, Utah

A website for your dental office in Provo, built before we talk.

Services, new-patient info, hours, and appointment requests that come to your front desk. Free to see. Yours if you like it.

No build fee. First month free if I run it for you. Already have a good website? Then I build you the app.

What a dental office gets.

Your real services, your photos, your name. Built to be read on a phone, because that's where your customers look.

Appointment requests, to your front desk.

A patient picks a service and a time that works, and the request comes to you to confirm.

Everything a new patient looks for.

Services, what to bring, the insurance you take, hours, directions, and a call button, readable on a phone.

Your own app, if you want one.

Their next appointment on the home screen and a spot to request the next one, in your name on the App Store and Google Play.

In Provo.

Provo is a college town. BYU brings tens of thousands of students who look up every restaurant and every barber on their phones before they go, and Center Street downtown is full of independent places. Provo is about twenty minutes from my house in American Fork.

Simple. Monthly. Cancel any time.

The demo is free to keep, code and all. These are the prices if you'd rather I run it for you.

For a dental office the appointment requests matter more than the punch card; the card is there in the app if you want it.

A website. Or your own app.

This one is a restaurant in Springville. A dental office gets the same design with services and appointment requests instead of a menu and ordering. Scroll and tap inside either one; nothing here is live.

The websiteMenu with photos, reservations, hours. Looks this good on a phone too.
The appHome, Order, Rewards, Profile. Tap the punch card.

One person, here in town.

I'm Noah Jacobs. I live in American Fork, studied engineering at Penn, and have spent more than ten years writing software at a Fortune 100 company. I love small businesses, and I'm tired of watching good ones lose customers to a site nobody can read on a phone.

So I build the thing first and let you decide. Where it's possible, it hooks up to what you already use. If it doesn't earn its keep, you stop paying and keep your domain.

Questions owners ask.

Do patients book directly into my schedule?

No. They send a request and your front desk confirms it. Nothing lands on your calendar without you.

We already have a website.

Then I build you an app instead, in your name on the App Store and Google Play, and leave your site alone.

Do I pay anything to see it?

No. I build it first, from what's public about your business. If you like it, it's yours; the code is yours for free if you want it.

What does it cost if you run it?

A website is $40 a month. A loyalty program adds $10, your own app on the App Store and Google Play adds $50, or everything for $75. First month free, no build fee, cancel any time. You cover your own domain name, about $12 a year, and it stays yours.

What if I already have a website?

Then I build you your own app with a loyalty program instead, in your name on the App Store and Google Play, and leave your site alone.
